No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller.

Prices

All prices displayed include VAT.

The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering.

Delivery

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of the failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

If parcels are returned due to insufficient address details or inability to deliver then a small charge will be made towards redelivery of item(s).

A full postal charge will be made for redelivery on parcels returned due to incomplete full address.

England 1st Class Recorded - within 2 working days after day of posting

England Special Delivery Signed for - By 1pm the next working day after posting

International Signed for Europe - 4 working days after day of posting

International Signed for Rest of World - 5 working days after day of posting

Payment

Payment by cash, cheque or credit card is due at the time of order.

If any payment or part thereof is not received by the Seller by the due date, the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month.

Goods remain the property of kellyscrystalshop.co.uk until fully paid for.

Warranty

Products sold by kellyscrystalshop.co.uk are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.

Returned Goods

Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of the 14 days will not be accepted.

The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned Goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packed by the Buyer. Agreed refund will be for safely returned items only and excludes any postal costs/charges.

The Seller’s failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

Legal Liability

The Contracts from the sales of goods by kellyscrystalshop.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.

Liability of kellyscrystalshop.co.uk shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. kellyscrystalshop.co.uk cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.
