I so enjoy reconnecting with simplicity .

Well yesterday was absolutely hectic with all of our lovely visitors and a lot of very lovely crystals departed to there new homes which was all very exciting .

… Approaching the festivities of Beltane this coming bank holiday Monday, we are very much looking forward to a day of rest and relaxation after using our past Sundays and Monday mornings for clearing and clensing the past and no longer needed energies, beliefs, thought processes and possesions. With Beltane it is a great time and opportunity to now welcome in the newness and welcome Spring and the colours of joy back into our present moment. A great time for our creativity and fertility to become more flowing to us at this time . Manifesting our thoughts and then being open to receive in abundance ♥

We are really excited and looking forward to tomorrow arriving with our May the Fourth Aura photography day approaching and I have a very cool surprise for you all that I am hopefully going to get time to give you a little glimpse of tomorrow as they have travelled far . I am so very excited I am actually shaking with excitement !!!!

Happy last day of April 2013 everybody .

The sun is out and everyone is happy and jolly and I’m wishing I put a few more clothes on today as it’s still a bit nippy at Kelly G’z .

… It has been a most excellent day full of placing new stock out on the shelves which are all lovely and they are all making me smile .

I am starting to get a little excited too as I am going to go to my local swimming baths tomorrow night, something I havent done since school, and I have my gym induction on Friday which is seriously cool as I am really feeling so much stronger since deciding to under go my self experimentation and diet change a few weeks back WHOOPIE!!!!

I used to live in my local gym before I was diagnosed with MS when I was 18/19, so this is a really major positive move to get back feeling like my full self again .

Happy Friday everybody . And what a beautiful Friday afternoon we have been given Barbeque weather most definitely .

Well today we have mostly been ordering in some more lovely new items for you all to come and enjoy that will be instore …on Tuesday next week which we look forward to displaying them for you to choose from .

I have ordered some Cranberry extract supplement tablets as well as some more Raspberry Ketones – I seriously cannot believe how well these are actually working!!! Every person who has bought them and tried them has come back to tell me how much weight they have lost within the first week of taking them!!! So if you are seriously getting annoyed at that last little bit of weight that just doesn’t seem to want to budge no matter how hard you are trying, or you are wanting to lose some weight ready for the summer time, I would definitely recommed these tablets. They have a 100% success rate within Kelly G’z and I am now prepared to put my recommendation towards them as they are proving to be ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC .

This has to be another one of my favourite quotes from Buddha, as it is so very true and so very joyous aswell as fun sharing smiles with people. Kelly G “turning frowns upside down” since 2005 est!

Well today is a more back to normal routine after a very cool and fun day yesterday with our Aura Photographs which were all very lovely and all showed up to be true beautiful earth angels which is seriously very cool. Of which we actually witnessed a beautiful lightbeing pictured in one AMAZING.

Now I’m a thinking as it has been some time since my last event and how much I adore star wars, Yoda is my GOD!!!!! I will be holding a ‘Check your force’ day Aura photography Event on Saturday “May the Fourth be with you” day!  (Saturday 4th May).

If you would like to book an aura photograph and reading with me for this day please message me or comment. The cost for this is £20 and you will leave with your photo and a print out of the meaning of you aura and chakra frequencies.

Very nearly home time . WHOOP WHOOP Curry …night is very near and I am very much looking forward to it too MMMM.

Day 14 of my self experimentation ~ I am feeling GRRRRREAT . I am thinking tho my self experimentation is coming to an end as I am so enjoying this way of living that I am going to stick with it due to all the benefits I am reaping – very positive changes on every level . I was only saying last night to my Timothy that considering I have cut so much from my diet; no fruit, no sugar, no bread I am now eating a more varied diet which is very lovely and fully satisfying leaving me with heaps of energy and I love not feeling totally bloated after eat meal, only satisfied .

Hey you guys How are you on this very typical April day full of beeming warm sunshine and April showers ready to pounce on the when you least expect it .

Well today has been full of adding items to the website and saying hello to all you lo…vely people on here and in the shop which always makes us smile . As well as eating lovely food for dinner of which I made myself a sardine and babby lettuce and herb salad with quinoa and a lush new potatoe MMMMMMM It were very grand and I’m feeling most excellent .

I have just found out that I can add an identity to this page too WOO HOO!!!!! Ooh its day 13 of my self experimentation ~ After eating all my very lovely and more agreeable food for my body for 13 days after detoxifying it I must say I feel much betterer as the days are given to me physically and I am also noticing the cleansiness on a more emotional and subtle levels, definitely have more room in myself to fill up with joy and that is waht is happening . Good food = Good mood is very true indeed.

As well as working I am secretly thinking about what to cook for dinner for us all, I am definitely going more towards my Spanish Chicken dish tonight, then I can try out cooking a chicken and vegetable curry tomorrow night MMMMM. I haven’t had a curry on curry night for ages.

Happy Wednesday morning everyone . I’m feeling back to myself again today which is FANTASTIC, and I have just drank my Sweet Chilli Yogi Tea which always gives me a warm buzz .

… Well we’re working hard at still adding new items to the website, I will be shortly adding my new Supplement tablets to Kelly’s Apothecary on the website for you all to come over and have a gander .

Day 12 of my self experimentation ~ Feeling fab after my detoxing of heavy metals yesterday and yes I do feel much much lighter, my legs are not feeling like elephant legs – which is great . My mind is so much more sharper and the clarity of processing is immense!!!! Seriously loving today ♥
