Highly nutritious nettles are rich in vitamin A and C, and minerals, particularly iron, silica and potassium. A nourishing tonic for weakness and debility, convalescence and anaemia. Stimulates the liver, gall bladder and kidneys, cleansing the body of toxins and waste. The diuretic properties help relieve fluid retention, cystitis and urethritis. Softens and expels kidney stones and gravel, and is an excellent remedy for bedwetting and incontinence.
Increases excretion of uric acid through the kidneys making it an excellent remedy for gout and all other arthritic conditions. A must to aid fertility in both men and women
