Elderflower is a wonder herb. Great for colds, tonsillitis, laryngitis and flu. When taken at first signs of malaise – aching, sore throat, restlessness, chills and fever – elderflowers will stimulate the circulation and cause sweating, cleansing the system through the pores of the skin to resolve fever and infections.
